However, we will actively communicate with you to discuss the feasibility of providing samples and related arrangements. • What methods of transportation do you use?
  • We usually ship your goods by air or sea. In addition, if the quantity of goods is small, DHL or Fedex can also be used.

  • Can goods be transported with a pallet? Why is the price of transportations with pallets so much higher?
  • Products can be transported on pallets, depending on factors such as the nature, size and weight of your product and the transport requirements. Cardboard transport is usually suitable for some larger, heavier or stackable products, which can improve transport efficiency and protect the products.

There may be the following reasons for the higher shipping cost after using cardboard for shipping:

The weight of the cardboard itself: cardboards are usually made of wood or plastic and have a certain weight of their own. When a product is placed on a cardboard for shipping, the weight of the cardboard is also counted in the shipping cost, thus increasing the shipping cost.

Weight and volume of the goods: The weight and volume of the goods are important factors that affect the freight cost. If the goods are heavier or bulkier, they need to be transported on bigger pallets or more pallets, which will lead to an increase in the freight cost.

  • What trade terms do you offer?
  • We offer a wide range of trade terms to meet the needs of different clients. The following are some common trade terms:

EXW: The seller delivers the goods to the buyer at his location or other designated place, and the seller is not responsible for transport or insurance costs.

FOB: The seller is responsible for loading the goods onto the ship and bears all costs and risks until the goods cross the ship's rail.

CFR: The seller is responsible for paying the freight charges for transporting the goods to the named port of destination, but does not include the cost of insurance.

CIF: The seller is responsible for the payment of the freight and insurance costs for the carriage of the goods to the named port of destination.
